Kenniya is an intuitive massage therapist with a genuine respect for the human body and all our unique differences. Kinnya has over 5 years of experience. She got her certification from the National Holistic institute and is licensed with the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC #87653). Kenniya specializes in swedish, deep tissue, reflexology and prenatal techniques. Kenniya takes a trauma informed approach to creating a comfortable space for all bodies. She has experience ranging from infants to seniors, she also works with individuals with varying developmental and intellectual abilities, and individuals struggling with their mental well-being. She strives to take a team approach to health by working with and complimenting work done by OTs, Personal Trainers, Physical Therapist, Chiropractors and other bodywork professionals in working with clients to meet their goals.
My name is Barbara Gowen and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Diabetes specialist who has a local Sacramento nutrition private practice called Nutrition For You. My focus in nutrition is towards providing a body positive, weight neutral, and non-diet approach towards client's goals, with gentle nutrition and fun and rewarding body movement. I am so passionate about supporting others in healing their relationship with food and finding peace and joy with eating in any stage of life or even with those suffering from chronic conditions.
