Each session includes an active warm-up and cool-down to keep you moving safely and effectively, with exercises tailored to your unique needs. Our expert coaches guide you through progressive strength training, flexibility strategies, and mobility work, offering both high- and low-impact options for every movement. Modifications are always available to ensure you feel challenged and successful at every step.

Cardio/Core

Build stamina and strengthen your center with a mix of cardio drills and core work designed to improve balance, stability, and endurance. Whether you're powering through high-energy moves or opting for low-impact alternatives, you’ll leave feeling stronger from the inside out.

Strength

Get ready to lift, press, and pull your way to a stronger, more capable you. This class incorporates progressive resistance training with equipment like dumbbells, bands, ropes, and medicine balls to build functional strength and confidence in your movement.

Mobility

Feel lighter, move easier, and stand taller! This class focuses on flexibility, stability, and posture-improving strategies to enhance balance and body mechanics. Perfect for preventing injury and restoring freedom to your movement.

Total Body
