The Move More Feel Better Challenge is designed for folks looking to add more mindful movement to their regular routine. We’ll it kick off with a wellness walk at Lake Natoma on Saturday 5.18.24. Enjoy fun, challenging, balanced workouts, with positive motivational support. Each week Work through our 5 for fit, healthy habits to improve your body longevity. Prepare for our Lake Natoma Adventure with a restorative mobility day including massages. And work your way up to our Lake Natoma Adventure on Saturday, 6.8.24. This adventure day will include a challenging hike with breathtaking views, and paddleboard or kayak around Lake Natoma. This program is for all bodies and all activity levels.
