Since entering the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2007, LaTanya has developed experience working in multiple settings including the following: home, school, community and day programs.

LaTanya graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Social Work and a minor in Rehabilitation Counseling then earned her Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2015 and become Broad Certified Behavior Analyst in 2018. For the past 5 years, her focus has been working with challenging behaviors in person’s with special needs emphasizing the use of ABA strategies more specifically in areas of coping and social skills. In addition to developing positive behavior support plans while collaborating with teachers and other service providers.
